Synopsis
In Kettle Springs, a sleepy town wanting a fresh start, Quinn Maybrook and her dad wish to leave the everyday behind. What they don’t know is that since the Baypen Corn Syrup Factory closed, the town has split. The adults cling to tradition, while the kids want to break free. The fight between old and new takes a dark turn. Frendo, the factory’s former beloved mascot, comes back as a creepy clown. He has a scary plan. He’s turned dangerous. His answer to the town’s decline is clear: remove the troubled kids. They could damage the last parts of a town working hard to keep its former success.
